NIROX WRG 302 Wheeled Rotary Grizzly

The NIROX WRG 302 is a heavy duty rotary grizzly design to work as a stand alone unit or in tandem with a tracked crusher. The WRG 302 is constructed for easy mobility and transportation. The WRG 302 uses a 76kW (100hp) CAT engine to power the hydraulics throughout the machine.

Hydraulic legs lift the unit into position to allow material to fall beneath the drum. The WRG 302 has collapsible chutes which drop down and lock into position once the machine has been raised up to its operating height. Sized material is then directed to either side of the unit and can be collected by loading shovel so eliminating the need for product conveyors. An optional modular storage bay system is also available.

The WRG 302 can be fed by loading shovel or excavator. The hardox steel hopper with variable speed reciprocating feeder allows an all in feed (up to 800 mm cubed) enabling the 302 to tackle the most difficult and demanding clean up and sorting tasks.

The grizzly drum is manufactured from solid steel round bars and steel profile to create the desired aperture
